گرمایل، همراه و هم‌داستان ارمایل، بر آن شد تا فنون آشپزی بیاموزد و به آشپزخانه‌ی دربار ضحاک راه یابد. هدف آنان نجات جان جوانانی بود که هر شب قربانی خشم و استبداد شاه می‌شدند؛ گرمایل و ارمایل با زیرکی، توانستند نیمی از این محکومان را مخفیانه از مرگ برهانند و به جای مغز آنان، مغز گوسفند را در خوراک مارهای ضحاک مخلوط کنند.
اما دریغ و درد که در آن دوران، هیچ نیرویی یارای ایستادگی مستقیم در برابر ظلم ضحاک را نداشت. امیدها در پرده‌ای از یأس فرو رفته بود، تا آنکه کودکی به نام فریدون پا به جهان گذاشت؛ با تولد او، فروغی تازه در دل مردم ستمدیده پدیدار شد و بارقه‌ی امید دوباره در دل‌ها جان گرفت.
Garmayel, the companion and ally of Armayel, resolved to master the culinary arts and gain entry to Zah’haak’s royal kitchen. Their goal was to save the young men who were nightly sacrificed to appease the tyrant’s monstrous serpents. Through clever deception, Garmayel and Armayel secretly rescued half of the condemned youths and replaced their brains with those of sheep in the serpents’ meal.
Yet, the sorrow of the era was overwhelming—no force dared to stand openly against Zah’haak’s cruelty. Hope had faded into despair, until a child named Fereydoun was born. With his arrival, a new light ignited in the hearts of the oppressed, and a renewed sense of hope spread among the people.
